We’re looking for a
Project Manager
to join a well-respected commercial union carpentry in New Jersey. You'll be overseeing exciting projects from concept to completion. What You’ll Do: Manage commercial interior carpentry projects across New Jersey, ensuring they’re delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate with union trades, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining strong relationships Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and proposals Lead site meetings and walk-throughs with confidence Ensure compliance with all safety and union regulations What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing
commercial union carpentry projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades, and contract management Excellent communication and presentation skills – you’ll be leading teams and client interactions Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with interior fit-outs, millwork, or tenant improvements is a plus Why This Role Rocks: 401(k)
