Senior Project Manager
to join their dynamic office in New York. Position Summary
We are looking for an accomplished
Senior Project Manager
with a proven track record in commercial interiors, particularly within the NYC market. The successful candidate will oversee multiple high-profile interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. Experience with healthcare and hospitality projects will be considered a strong plus. Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle management of commercial interior construction projects Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee project meetings, site walkthroughs, and stakeholder communications Monitor and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Ensure adherence to construction plans, building codes, and safety regulations Utilize tools such as Procore, Timberline, and Excel for project documentation and reporting Drive project success through proactive leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning Qualifications
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial interior construction, with at least 3 years in a senior project management capacity Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in Manhattan or the broader NYC area Proficient in construction management software: Procore, Timberline, Excel Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience in healthcare or hospitality projects is a strong bonus Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred Competitive base salary:
