Possible Bonus: 10% About The Role
Maintain all equipment, direct contractors; manage Powerhouse operators as well as keep track of and manage the use of utilities. Responsibilities
Lead the safety effort by personal example. Support, monitor and enforce full plant wide compliance with safety rules to further our goal of 0 accidents and encouragement of reporting and correcting near misses. Safety & Environmental Performance: Identify high-risk safety/productivity issues and help to remedy them. Work Requirements: Maintain all equipment in safe working order. Help design and implement any equipment improvements. Monitor on a daily basis, plant utility usage. Cost Control: Ensure work is performed with quality parts and workmanship. Reuse parts and equipment in other applications when feasible. About You
Mechanical aptitude. Understanding of boilers and steam. Knowledge of Boilers, compressed air systems, cooling towers, hydrogen production, basic vegetable oil production equipment, instrumentation, pumps and various valves. 5 years’ experience in building maintenance, utility maintenance and operation.
