Construction Integration Manager

at Hill International, Inc. Hill International is seeking a Construction Integration Manager in Richmond, Virginia. The role involves leading the procurement, installation, and handover of technical infrastructure for hyperscale data centers. You’ll oversee complex, multi-stakeholder projects—delivering safe, on-time, and on-budget results that meet the highest standards of technical and contractual compliance. You’ll collaborate with internal Client teams, contractors, and partners to bring mission-critical facilities online and drive lessons learned across global projects.

Responsibilities

Champion and maintain a safe, compliant worksite.

Coordinate deliverables and handoffs with Client stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Security, EHS, Site Acquisition, etc.).

Oversee providers, contractors, and vendors to achieve Network Install and Server Install milestones.

Manage WAN, WLAN, and LAN network infrastructure and supporting systems.

Ensure work aligns with contracts, design specifications, and manufacturer timelines.

Facilitate decision-making, manage project changes, and resolve issues.

Track RFIs, Submittals, constraints, and dependencies to successful closure.

Provide weekly reporting on scope, schedule, and budget performance.

Capture and apply lessons learned across global data center projects.

Qualifications

Experience in data center or mission-critical construction project management.

Proven expertise in telecommunications and network systems design/implementation.

Ability to read and understand construction design documents for white space fit-out.

Strong ability to analyze project schedules.

Proficiency with Office 365 or comparable enterprise software.

Commitment to excellence in a hands-on environment at the construction site daily.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

RCDD and/or PMP certification.

Background in Construction Management or Telecom Engineering.

OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training.

NFPA 70E familiarity.
