8 DVMs, typically staffing 4 per day Team-first culture—doctors consult freely and cover for each other’s patients 3 CVTs (with 2 more enrolled in CVT programs) + skilled veterinary assistants Assistants are highly trained in anesthesia monitoring, radiographs, callbacks, and follow-up care Horizontal scheduling system keeps appointments flowing smoothly with strong doctor/assistant support Clinic, Equipment & Support
7 exam rooms in a cheerful, home-like building filled with natural light Dental suite: 2 tables + wet table, full-mouth radiographs, and advanced procedures Surgery suite: 2 tables, windows, glass doors, and strong assistant support (3–4 for surgery, 2 for dentals) Advanced diagnostics: full IDEXX in-house lab, digital radiology, ultrasound (new unit coming soon), and therapeutic laser Comfortable staff spaces: large break/meeting room (seats 40+), full kitchen, coffee bar, air fryer, popcorn maker, and even a slushy machine Clinic cat “supervisor” on duty. ?? Small animal GP with same-day urgent care and drop-offs Surgery: spays/neuters, mass removals, amputations, cystotomies, gastrotomies, enterotomies, splenectomies, PU surgeries, enucleations, gastropexies Dentistry: full-mouth radiographs, routine + advanced extractions Integrative care: acupuncture and laser therapy Exotics: birds, reptiles (including snake & lizard C-sections), rabbits, goats, sugar gliders, tortoises, and more (case dependent) Gold-standard medicine It would be nice to add a doctor with an interest and experience in orthopedics or ultrasound, but it’s also totally okay if you bring other skillsets to the table that you’re excited to share. Schedule
Clinic hours: M-F 8 am-5:30 pm, Sat. 8 am-2 pm, closed Sunday 4-day work week (typical for doctors) Rotating Saturdays (8 am–2 pm, paid as a full shift, usually 1–2 DVMs scheduled) No on-call or after-hours—emergencies referred to local ER clinics (40 min away) Opportunity for up to 2 dedicated surgery days per week if desired Location
