Overview We provide a full‑time, 40‑hour opportunity to support our Nationally acclaimed PACE program. The role rotates between several PACE centers, allowing you to impact the medication management of older adults and participants with complex needs.

Responsibilities

Assist clinical staff in medication review, preparation, and patient counseling.

Maintain accurate inventory and work list for multiple PACE centers.

Provide clear, written and verbal communication with participants, families, and healthcare team members.

Adhere to all medication safety and regulatory standards set by the Massachusetts Pharmacy Board.

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

High school diploma or GED; current, valid and unrestricted Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required.

Strong organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Demonstrated integrity and commitment to patient care.

Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $25.00 – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience. Sign‑on bonus of $2,500. Full‑time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM. Competitive benefits package and ongoing professional development.
