Responsibilities The Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin and Albert Lea, Minnesota, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our outpatient clinical team. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on the evaluation and management of both general and oncologic urologic conditions. Role As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive services that include: Thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations Prescribing and managing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments Performing office-based urologic procedures Delivering patient education and ongoing care coordination Schedule & Benefits Monday–Friday, 1.0 FTE No weekends or on-call responsibilities Clinical time shared between Austin and Albert Lea campuses Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package Exceptional work/life balance in a supportive community setting Qualifications Nurse Practitioner:
Masters or Doctorate-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current MN RN and APRN license and certification as an ANP, ACNP, or FNP. Physician Assistant:
Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice. BLS required. Must be eligible for DEA registration.
