Oversee the Arts Program for residents, developing and conducting classes and/or workshops in fine arts, crafts, and other artistic expression, including weekly programming in Residential Living, Healthcare, Assisted Living, and Memory Support. Manage and curate rotating exhibits in the Crossroads Gallery. Lead and/or participate in planning and coordinating art events, exhibitions, receptions, and advertising; provide artistic guidance to residents on a daily basis for personal projects. Monitor art supplies, maintain organization and accessibility of supplies, and oversee Woodshop operations operated by residents. Coordinate use of facilities and resources with other staff members; assist with projects as needed. Coordinate activities by handling logistics such as payments, transportation, ticket arrangements, and creating trip lists and related correspondence. Solicit and respond to residents' requests for activities, workshops, and special classes. Develop and submit the budget for the overall art program and monitor expenditures for budget compliance. Actively lead five classes per week in the Art Center, including one class per week in Assisted Living, HCC, and the Terrace. Create engaging PowerPoint presentations and present to large groups at Newcomers meetings, art receptions, and lectures. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred or equivalent; additional training in advanced art, humanities, or related discipline preferred. Minimum of two years of experience conducting artistic classes, workshops, and/or programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in basic word processing. Ability to interact tactfully with others. Benefits
