The Global Patriot 24/7 Operation Team is seeking a Program Integrator to join the Global Patriot Product Line team. The program integrator coordinates proposals and assists peers on multiple program teams in their execution on various FMS and DCS contracts. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders to maximize consistency and implementation of program management best practices. You will provide tactical directions for proposals and program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools (EVMS, IPDS, PRISM, etc.). You will work closely with and influence PMOs, functional contributors, and other business units to ensure alignment through key portfolio initiatives. You will work through various stages of proposals and program execution and may interface with customers for technical interface meetings, contracts meetings, program management meetings, and business growth meetings.
What You Will Do
Development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans, aligned with program requirements and company policies
Identify and implement key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts for directors and program leadership teams
Oversee performance assessment including measurement collection, analysis, and storage with program leads and CPTs on corrective actions
Implement and monitor an action item tracking system to ensure timely closure
Oversee Control Account Manager (CAM) activities for IPT efforts
Ensure timely and effective IPDS gate process compliance
Provide guidance on risk and opportunity management
Lead proposal and startup activities
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years
Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience
Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages
Experience with program management tools, IPDS, and/or collaboration tools
Experience with EVMS, Risk & Opportunity Management, IMP and/or IMS development
Qualifications We Prefer
Program Management Level 6 Certification (or equivalent) or ability to achieve within 6 months
5 years of experience as an IPT lead, program integrator, or program manager
Familiarity with foreign military sales (FMS) contracts
Prior experience with large-scale proposals, including development, negotiations, and definitization
Experience on Patriot programs

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The range is a good faith estimate and may vary based on experience, location, and other factors. RTX offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, FSA, parental leave, PTO, and holidays. Some benefits depend on the business unit and whether the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Incentive programs may apply based on levels and conditions.
