Overview

Under the direction of the Regional Director of Facilities Management, the Hospital Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and repair of hospital buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant healthcare environment. This role provides leadership and supervision to facilities staff, coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensures compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), OSHA, NFPA, CMS, and other regulatory standards, and supports the hospital's mission of patient safety and quality care. North Central Surgical Center Hospital (NCSC)

is a Baylor Scott & White affiliated hospital located in Dallas, TX. We perform over 12,000 procedures per year. Opened in 2005, NCSC has 14 operating rooms and 30 medical/surgical patient rooms. It is managed by

and is Joint Commission Accredited. Responsibilities

Supervise the operation and maintenance of hospital mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems. Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. Oversee vendor and contractor work to ensure compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols. Conduct routine facility inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Assist with Environment of Care (EOC) and Life Safety rounds. Assist Regional Facilities Director with documentation for regulatory surveys and audits. Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Licensure/Certification: None required. Preferred: HACP-PE. Specific Job Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare facility, or minimum of 5 years experience in facilities maintenance supervision or construction trades. Details
