Serve With Passion Innovate Relentlessly Engage With Integrity Build Community Be Accountable Ensure smooth operation of the site, including sorting and loading of the line. Minimize handling and operational costs by maintaining set goals that ensure quality and productivity. Comply with and ensure adherence to all Company policies and procedures, employee work rules, and federal and state mandated policies rules and regulations. Assist in creating positive employee relations through employee development and motivation. Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and the property by performing inspections. Work with maintenance personnel on keeping equipment safe and operational. Oversee personnel needs of the MRF including selecting, coaching, and training employees and evaluating employee performance. Provide input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions. Conduct and/or attend and contribute to periodic safety meetings. Provide training and presentations as needed in a positive manner. Update and submit required reports in timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience as Operations manager and/or Supervisor Ability to multi-task Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills Must be a self-starter Strong level of accountability Essential to be detailed oriented Upbeat and energized to complete tasks with a positive attitude Must work well under pressure Essential to learn and practice all safety procedures as safety is our highest value. Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook Software Skills Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand and walk. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Sporadic local travel required. Employment Details
