Oversee the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration and risk management Supervise all onsite staff and property activities to ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines Develop and implement yearly operating plans, marketing strategies and leasing procedures Ensure staff training, performance coaching, and compliance with company benchmarks Prepare and monitor office and maintenance staff schedules; address performance issues in collaboration with HR Monitor financials: rents, deposits, vendor invoices, and reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission Coordinate emergency response and maintain property appearance and timely repairs Provide excellent customer service and maintain resident satisfaction; implement retention initiatives Education/Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience; or equivalent combination Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements
Occasional and regular lifting, bending, standing, and working in various environments; ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights as needed (emergencies) Ability to move about property, inspect units, and operate in outdoor conditions License/Equipment
Must have reliable transportation due to on-call/emergency requirements Salary
Salary Range: $80,000 per year to $85,000 per year This job description is not all-inclusive and may be modified. The employee may be asked to perform additional duties or responsibilities as needed.
