The Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a GU Pathologist to join the Department of Pathology. The candidate will participate in routine sign out activities of the GU Pathology Service. In addition to a division specific focus, the position will include responsibility in general frozen section pathology. The candidate will have opportunities for translational research and an established focus is highly desirable. Opportunities also exist for personal direct expert consult compensation.
Responsibilities
Participate in routine sign out activities of the Genitourinary Pathology Service.
Contribute to general frozen section pathology and related duties.
Engage in translational research opportunities.
Seek opportunities for personal direct expert consult compensation.
Qualifications
Board certification in Anatomic Pathology or board certification eligibility.
Experience in an academic multi-disciplinary university clinical setting preferred.
Established track record of academic pursuit desirable.
Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Florida.
Completed a GU Pathology fellowship or at least three years of experience in the subspecialty.
