Flagstaff Bone & Joint is seeking a skilled
NP or PA
to join our Kingman office. We’re looking for clinicians who
already call Kingman home—or are ready to make it their long-term community —to provide comprehensive orthopaedic care in a small-town setting.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
Work alongside experienced orthopaedic NPs and our physician team
Provide care for a broad range of orthopaedic patients, including those with:
Total joint replacements
(hip, knee, shoulder)
Spine conditions
(acute injuries, chronic back/neck pain)
Sports medicine injuries
Upper extremity injuries
(hand, wrist, elbow)
Lower extremity injuries
(foot, ankle, knee, hip)
Fractures, soft tissue injuries, osteoarthritis, and general orthopaedic conditions
Provide pre- and post-operative care, patient education, and conservative treatment plans
Flagstaff physicians regularly visit the Kingman office to evaluate and work up patients requiring advanced care beyond what the NP/PA team can manage in the clinic

Requirements
NP or PA licensed in Arizona (orthopaedic experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate)
