Builds relationships with candidate communities to maintain a network of potential candidates and nurture a pipeline of candidates. Communicates with Talent Acquisition/Clinical Recruitment and COE stakeholders to understand hiring needs and coordinates with hiring managers to determine position requirements. Identifies, interacts with and screens potential candidates via social media and online networks; conducts online and phone interviews. Develops, tests and tracks recruitment strategies to create an effective sourcing plan for top talent. Builds talent pipelines for future hiring needs; promotes employer brand online and offline. Maintains candidate databases in the Applicant Tracking System and communicates with past applicants about new opportunities. Crafts and sends recruiting emails; fosters referrals from current employees and external networks. Performs other duties as assigned and modified by management. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Business acumen and ability to research industry trends related to sourcing and recruiting. Familiarity with social media marketing, digital networking, HR databases, ATSs and CMSs. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment; strong written and verbal communication; presentation and facilitation skills. Ability to conduct online and offline interviews; good negotiation and time-management skills. Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software tools. Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% locally, regionally and nationwide; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Spoken and written fluency in English; use of independent judgment in role. Education And Experience Criteria
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruitment Agent or in general Recruiting. Hands-on experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques. SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or similar certification a plus. \u00A0
