Biological Laboratory Technician (5251)

Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Biological Laboratory Technician in support of the CAMI Forensic Sciences Section.
Responsibilities
Process incoming toxicology specimens (primarily biological specimens including blood, urine, and tissues)
Prepare biological samples for toxicological analyses
Perform data entry for toxicology batches and cases
Generate toxicology reports for review and signature
Mail out toxicology reports to appropriate recipients
Maintain and organize toxicology case files
Scan batch and case paperwork for electronic storage
Assist chemists and toxicologists in daily operations and research projects
Participate in the Laboratory’s accreditation process
Prepare toxicology paperwork for FOIAs
Requirements
Associate’s degree or higher with coursework in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
3 years related experience with an Associate’s degree; no experience required with a B.S. degree.
Experience supporting the FAA and the FAA Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI) preferred, but not required.
