Position Details Company: Fusion Medical Staffing
Location: Facility in Hallock, Minnesota
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Pay Range: Competitive travel pay, details provided by recruiter upon application
Key Responsibilities
Assess patient or resident health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate action to ensure their well‑being.
Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the care team.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Observe residents for medication reactions or changes in condition and report concerns to the healthcare provider.
Perform skilled procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other duties within scope of practice.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately to ensure quality care.
Educate residents and families on medications, treatments, and chronic condition management.
Document care provided, resident progress, and health changes in a timely manner.
Respond quickly to emergencies, delivering critical care and coordinating with medical teams as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health professionals for coordinated, comprehensive care.
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.
Adhere to facility safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
One year of recent experience as an RN in a long‑term care setting.
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS certification.
Additional certifications as required by facility requirements.
