Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled
Azure Cloud Automation Engineer
to design, implement, and maintain automated solutions in our Azure cloud environment. You will play a key role in streamlining cloud operations, improving deployment pipelines, and enforcing infrastructure-as-code practices. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Azure services, scripting, CI/CD, and modern DevOps methodologies. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage automated cloud infrastructure using Azure-native tools and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) frameworks (e.g., ARM, Bicep, Terraform). Automate provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Azure CLI. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for scalable, repeatable deployments. Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to define cloud standards and best practices. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide incident response in Azure environments. Integrate cloud automation with identity, security, and compliance requirements (Azure Policy, RBAC, Azure AD). Stay up to date with the latest Azure services and automation trends and evaluate new tools and technologies. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights). Solid understanding of networking, security, and governance in Azure environments. Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Qualifications
Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305). Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS). Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Employment Type
