Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate Engineering and Purchasing teams at key Tier Suppliers
Collaborate with Business Development Managers and colleagues on customer visits and projects
Maintain and manage the CRM system for accurate tracking of opportunities and business pipeline
Promote Henkel Technologies through impactful presentations to drive awareness and engagement
Focus on process improvement and innovation in Surface Treatments, Parts Cleaners, and Forming Lubricants
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, laboratory, or manufacturing roles
Proven track record of initiative and results in previous roles
Familiarity with automotive testing protocols and part approval processes is strongly preferred
Willingness and ability to travel approximately 80% within Southeast Michigan
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in manufacturing environments
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking
Knowledge of adhesive technologies and their applications
