What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide technical sales support to maximize sales growth of Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesives Business within the designated territory

Identify, develop, and quantify the value proposition for customers by aligning their needs with adhesive solutions

Train and motivate Authorized Industrial Distributors to promote LOCTITE brand products

Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and drive sustainable growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university

Experience in industrial sales is preferred

Strong background in manufacturing and MRO sales

Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload effectively

Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including overnight stays
