polymer science, coatings, and film technologies , with the drive to take products from lab bench to real-world application. Base pay
$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Formulate and test new polymers, coatings, and materials for next-gen products. Support processes such as extrusion, lamination, thermoforming, and coating. Scale up polymer synthesis from bench experiments to pilot plant quantities. Collaborate with engineers, operations staff, and suppliers to bring innovations to market. Analyze data, generate reports, and maintain lab standards and safety compliance. What We’re Looking For
5–10 years
of experience in a chemical discipline (polymer science, chemistry, or related). Graduate research may apply. Proven experience with
polymer synthesis, formulation, and scale-up . Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field (advanced degree a plus). Strong problem-solving, detail orientation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Must meet U.S. export regulations (ITAR/EAR). Why This Role
