The ideal candidate would have experience with Managing Projects, Client Communication, Staff, and Mentoring Junior Engineers, as well as be able to plan, design, and coordinate projects from beginning through completion Assist and participate in the execution of design tasks for civil infrastructure/site development projects, focusing on public and private sector developments Work directly with a project manager to assist with the completion of construction documents Civil engineering design, including site layout, Roadway layout, Site grading and drainage, utility sizing and layout, storm water management design, including design of retention/detention facilities Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication and problem-solving. Working with municipalities on permits Prepare site civil development plans including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, watermain plans, storm sewer plans, and sanitary sewer plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software. Qualifications: Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in MO & KS (PE) Proficient in Civil 3D Seniority level
