As a Project Manager at Mid-City Electric, you’ll take ownership of key commercial projects—leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering results that exceed client expectations. What You Will Do: Prepare bids and estimates Secure profitable work Maintain strong, positive relationships Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders Requisition needed supplies and materials Maintain safe job sites and encourage safe work practices Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running: Demonstrated experience in a project management role Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field What Would Really Make You Shine: LEED Certification Accubid experience Commercial electrical project management experience What Would Earn You Continued Career Growth & Development: Seeking information from a variety of sources, in a variety of ways, to clarify situations and facilitate effective planning, decision-making, and problem-solving Developing and implementing logical approaches to problems Keeping desired results in mind by having set goals and focusing on achieving them Demonstrating keen attention to detail Not being afraid to provide constructive feedback in a professional and meaningful way Fostering teamwork to make the dream work!
