Your role involves collaborating with a team to develop high-value solutions for passengers and crews. Responsibilities

The Industrialization Leader is responsible for the technical review and preparation of new products, ensuring they reach the production phase on time and of good quality. They support manufacturing and processes to lead the successful industrialization of new products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality adherence. Manage the technical development of a product from conception to production Utilize core tools such as PFMEA, DFMA, control plans, etc. Collaborate with engineering, operations, tooling and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes Review and approve or reject engineering drawings in accordance with internal DFM guidelines and requirements Create and maintain detailed work instructions Requirements

B.S degree in a related technical field (e.g.: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer/Technology, Aeronautics Engineer, or Electrical Engineer) or an Associate degree with 6 years related experience or 12 years of job related experience Three years of manufacturing experience required in a Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related Engineering capacity Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred Catia V.5 or design modeling a plus Safran Seats USA is an equal opportunity employer.
