The purpose of this position is to assist in the successful completion of projects from turnover to closeout. This position requires a team player willing to assist multiple internal and external customers. This position will report directly to the Director of Project Management. It requires a detail-oriented individual that will take ownership of all aspects of projects, from inception to completion. It also requires a self-motivated individual to work independently while also being an integral part of the team. This position will be office-based, but may require the ability to travel throughout Indiana and its surrounding areas. This is a salaried position with a yearly bonus for outstanding work and growth. Responsibilities:

Coordinate submittal process with internal salespeople, vendors, and customers. Includes product data, shop drawings, engineering, etc. Basic drafting ability to modify/create shop drawings would be a bonus. Visit jobsites for field measurements and coordination purposes. Manage/oversee the approval of all required submittals prior to release. Purchase materials as required and arrange deliveries. Manage and coordinate internal & external labor partners on turnkey projects. Track project schedules, manpower availability, and material lead times to streamline labor scheduling. Coordinate change orders between field personnel, customers, and internal salespeople as needed. Quality control on installations and deliverables to customers. Organize closeout documents and ensure all closeouts are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate change orders with customers and internal stakeholders (salespeople, etc.). Ensure that projects are invoiced as soon as reasonably possible. Provide estimating support to sales staff as needed during the sales process. Safety oversight and adherence to the company program. Preferred Background/Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction, construction management, or related technical field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience. Highly motivated, determined, and target-driven. Experience with BlueBeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat (i.e., editing/drawing review software) and MS Office Suite; Construction Management Software (i.e., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, PlanGrid, or similar). Competence in reading and understanding project drawings and specifications. Have a general understanding of construction project workflow. Experience working with or for a General Contractor.
