Responsibilities
Increasing sales by developing and growing relationships with customers and clients. Thorough understanding of constructions industry, competitors and trends. Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives. Interpersonal communication skills. Ability to travel to trade shows, job sites, and client meetings. Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally. Track clients, opportunities, orders, project budgets, and create vendor PO’s. Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction. Lunch and Learn Presentation to A&D and customers. Preferred Background/Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction, construction management, or related technical field (preferred). 3 – 5 years experience. Experience with BlueBeam Revu or Adobe Acrobat (i.e., editing/drawing review software). Competence in reading and understanding project drawings and specifications, ideally as they relate to General Contractor/Drywall/Millwork scope. Have a general understanding of construction project workflow. Experience working in the construction industry. Company Benefits
