We are seeking highly motivated, proactive, and self-starting Engineering Project Managers (EPM) to join the Command, Control, and Communications Innovations team at ARL Penn State. The role involves working in a growing field of communications and signal processing. Responsibilities include: Collaborating with Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Principal Investigators to meet reporting requirements driven by stakeholders and sponsors. Managing internal systems related to fiscal accountability and budgeting. Assisting in planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, technical performance, and deliverables for current projects and proposals. This position varies in level depending on education and experience, with a minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Higher levels require additional experience or education. Minimum Requirements: Experience with Microsoft applications Proficiency with ProPricer, SAP S/4HANA, and Concur PMI CAPM certification or equivalent (DAWIA) Strong communication and writing skills Active Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications: TS/SCI Security Clearance Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Latex Experience with FFRDC or UARC Applicants must be U.S. citizens and may undergo a security investigation.
