This position is a PRN role in family medicine clinics in the Little Rock area, offering a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and well-being.
Responsibilities
PRN position with an undetermined schedule, servicing family medicine clinics in the Little Rock area.
Provide direct, comprehensive, preventative, and therapeutic healthcare to patients and families.
Work under the supervision and direction of the Collaborative Practice Physician.
Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
Prescribe medications as needed.
Provide counseling and instruction to patients and families.
Adhere to Nurse Practitioner Protocols and all regulations governing NPs.
Provide healthcare services for which the APN is educationally prepared and competent.
Maintain competence in areas of practice.
Qualifications
Current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas. Documentation of satisfactory completion of a nurse practitioner educational program and completion of preceptorship.
Eligibility for a Medicare provider number and DEA registration.
Experience in APN/RNP patient care preferred.
Preferred qualifications: OccMed, ER or Urgent Care experience.
Pay Range $42.82 - $58.88 /hour
