Overview
Vice President, Head of Recruiting - Bullpen. A leading national commercial real estate finance platform is seeking a Senior Healthcare Asset Manager to join its growing bridge lending division. This is an opportunity to take a leadership role in re-establishing an internal bridge asset management function within one of the most active healthcare and multifamily lending platforms in the U.S. The firm’s bridge platform has originated over $13 billion in loans since inception — including nearly $1.4 billion in 2024 — and currently manages a $4+ billion portfolio across 150+ bridge loans nationwide. What You’ll Do
Oversee a portfolio of complex healthcare bridge loans and manage borrower relationships. Work closely with borrowers, property managers, and servicing teams to collect, normalize, and analyze financial and operating statements. Evaluate performance against business plans and prepare periodic reporting to co-investors and warehouse line providers. Identify and execute strategies to resolve underperforming or delinquent loans. Present recommendations and action plans to senior management and investors. Review loan documentation, third-party reports, and property-level data. Conduct property inspections and monitor market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams — including Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Servicing — to ensure portfolio integrity and execution. What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
(required). 10–15 years of experience in
real estate lending or asset management , with a focus on healthcare or bridge lending. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word ; experience with portfolio analytics tools a plus. Proven ability to manage complex assets and provide strategic oversight with minimal supervision. Integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving problems. Details
