About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill a key position in our team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize
PFDs/P&IDs
for new commercial units. Use
process simulation
(Aspen, Ansys, COMSOL) to validate designs and spot bottlenecks. Support
equipment sizing, specs, and vendor evaluations . Lead
FEL stages 1–3 , from feasibility to detailed design. Translate
pilot data
into mass/energy balances, TEA inputs, and scale-up models for commercialization. Collaborate with
EPCs
on design packages, cost, and constructability. Conduct
HAZOPs, safety reviews , and provide
on-site commissioning and optimization . Qualifications
Master’s or Ph.D. in
Chemical or Process Engineering . 8+ years
in process engineering with
SMR, pyrolysis, syngas, or hydrogen
technologies. Proven
EPC execution
experience, including
FEL stages
and
vendor engagement (RFQ/RFP) . Strong in
P&ID development, process controls, and safety codes . Proficient with
Aspen Plus/HYSYS, Ansys/CFD, and COMSOL . Scaling pilot technologies to commercial operations. What We Offer
