This role is located at 7000 N Federal Highway in a newly renovated office near the border of Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Responsibilities
Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources and/or civil projects Prepare construction documents, calculations and reports for public or private clients Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater and utility improvements Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments Coordinate with municipalities on necessary permits Interface with clients and coordinate with in-house and sub-consultant engineering teams Provide project management for site development or redevelopment Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM, Broward County EPD and SFWMD Qualifications & Experience
A Florida Licensed (PE) or PE candidate Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in land and site development Experience in the Civil/Land Development sector with single-site and municipal type projects; ability to develop construction documents for public sector clients (cities/counties/water districts) Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is a plus Ability to work well with team members and to develop and mentor staff Strong communication and client relationship skills Why Arcadis?

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions, including medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, life insurance, paid parental leave, and other programs. Nine paid holidays and 15 days of PTO accrue per year. Salary range for this position is $80,000 – $132,000, varying by experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
