We are seeking a Project Engineer to join the Civil Engineering group focusing on site development and redevelopment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with some experience in large-scale multi-family residential, retail, corporate, and industrial projects who will be responsible for code compliance, documentation, and coordination with both in-house and sub-consultant engineering teams. This role is based at our Arcadis office on the border of Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Work with a Project Manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources and/or civil projects Preparation of construction documents, calculations and reports for public or private clients Lead the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalks, stormwater and utility improvements Lead the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans and utility plans for new developments and redevelopments Work with municipalities on necessary permits Client interface and coordination Project management of site development or redevelopment Water management analysis experience with M-D DERM, Broward County EPD and SFWMD Qualifications & Experience
A Florida-licensed (PE) or PE candidate Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in land and site development Experience in the Civil / Land Development sector including single site and municipal type projects and the development of construction documents for public sector clients (cities/counties/water districts) Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation ability is a plus Ability to work well with team members and to develop and mentor staff Good communication and client relationship skills Why Arcadis?

Arcadis offers benefits for full-time and part-time positions, including medical, dental, and vision, EAP, 401K, STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, rewards & recognition program, and optional wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $132,000, and actual salaries vary based on experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
