This is a full-time on-site role for a Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry Specialist, located in Cordova, IL. The Specialist will be responsible for conducting LC/MS analyses, method development, and validation. Day-to-day tasks include preparing samples, operating and maintaining LC/MS equipment, analyzing data, and reporting results. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the research and development team to support various projects. Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) Experience in method development and validation Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Strong troubleshooting skills for LC/MS equipment Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality control Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Experience in a laboratory setting, particularly in the industrial or pharmaceutical sectors, is a plus Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 3M by 2x.
