Lead large-scale MEP projects from the field with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery. We’re seeking a
General Superintendent
to oversee daily site operations, coordinate crews, and work closely with project leadership to ensure seamless execution.
What You’ll Do
Oversee scheduling, coordination, and supervision of crews & subcontractors Maintain quality, safety, and productivity across all field activities Work closely with PMs to track budgets, schedules, and labor hours Conduct site inspections and manage project closeout Mentor and develop field staff at all levels
What You Bring
15+ years of mechanical construction experience (MEP focus) Strong leadership & workforce management skills Proven ability to deliver projects on time & within budget Expertise in safety compliance and quality control
