Overview: We are seeking a highly capable and experienced
Project Manager
to lead engineering projects for new vehicle programs, including electric and green vehicle technologies. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, low-volume, high-mix commercial vehicle projects—from concept through launch. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, manufacturing, and leadership teams, and report directly to the CTO. Key Responsibilities: Own the
entire engineering project lifecycle
for new product introductions (NPI), from planning to production launch. Develop and manage
project scope, timelines (Gantt charts), budgets , and resources. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams. Define and manage project
gates and milestones , ensuring key deliverables are met on time and within budget. Identify risks early and lead mitigation planning to avoid delays or cost overruns. Track and report project progress to executive leadership, including the CTO. Ensure engineering programs comply with industry regulations (FMVSS) and internal quality standards. Support continuous improvement in project execution and delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering . Minimum
4 years of experience
managing vehicle engineering projects in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience with
low-volume, high-mix production , and
green or electric vehicle (EV)
development. Strong understanding of
new product introduction (NPI)
processes and cross-functional project management. Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence diverse teams. Must be
local to Riverside, CA
or willing to relocate— on-site presence required 5 days/week . Note:
