Supply Chain & Sales - Rotational Associate (OxyChem) is a two-year program in Dallas, Texas designed to develop future leaders by providing exposure to key supply chain and sales functions. Responsibilities
Participate in rotations across Supply Chain – Customer Relations, Demand Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales to build business acumen and leadership skills. Learn about OxyChem products, customer base, order fulfillment, billing, pricing, and marketing support programs; support assigned customer accounts. Support production planning and inventory management to balance supply and demand and achieve inventory targets. Gain knowledge of transportation modes and operational initiatives to ensure service excellence. Support purchasing policy compliance and participate in commercial negotiations. Work on a sales/marketing project within the Sales track, including market analysis, customer visits, competitive assessment, and growth targeting. Qualifications
BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Sales or related Business degree. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Ability to take initiative and drive for results; demonstrated leadership. Ability to travel and relocate. Minimum cumulative GPA 2.85 on a 4.0 scale; graduation date between December 2025 – May 2026.
