Purchasing Specialist-Spanish/Eng Speaking required. Role at Holland Brooks Builders. Fluent in English and Spanish required with excellent computer skills. Responsibilities

Coordinate with field teams and office staff to source, purchase and deliver materials to multiple active projects Oversee the warehouse and schedule daily deliveries and debris collection Order materials online, process purchase orders, work orders, and packing slips Track all expenses daily on spreadsheet and Buildertrend Schedule drivers for pick-ups, deliveries and hauling debris Coordinate with Superintendents and team to schedule deliveries Attend weekly project meetings and provide weekly status of job orders and delays Ensure returns are processed timely to capture refunds and credits Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers Work with vendors to maximize discounts, rebates and competitive pricing Ensure orders are placed and delivered to job sites in a timely manner Oversee warehouse inventory, stocking material, restocking excess material, and managing inventory to maximize material cost savings Qualifications

Experience in purchasing (warehouse, inventory, personnel, construction) Working knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with building materials Excellent computer skills (Mac, Google, spreadsheets, reading take-off plans) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional multi-tasking, organizational and documentation skills Strong understanding of purchasing, negotiation techniques and conflict resolution Fluent in both English and Spanish Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range $52K - $62K annually DOE 8 holidays + 9 sick accrued sick days 1 week vacation after 1 year 401K after 1 year with up to 4% employer match Company Description
