Responsibilities Responsible for managing Inventory Management/PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) process for the E-Commerce (OBS) business Manage order flow towards execution and fulfillment with respective support functions - order management, logistics, BU PSI & CPFR teams Support CPFR (Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting, Replenishment) process and activities for E-Commerce (OBS) sales to include consensus with key stakeholders - BU, DXP team, marketing, sales, product management, etc. - towards supporting a target driven demand and replenishment operation Oversee call center activities and manage customer support teams to align with business expectations Manage inventory levels and reserves leading to improved regional (DC) level fulfillment and inventory balance resulting in fill-rates, customer service levels and in-stock expectations Attend weekly CPFR calls - review trends, manage monthly achievement towards target. Monthly PSI and DC supply review Support launching of new marketplace activities – point person for OBS customer operations Secure inventory to align to monthly targets Manage customer expectations, and reduce / resolve end consumer escalations Analyze escalation date and implement operational improvements Look for ways to improve efficiency of data analysis, reporting and customer operations Implement / manage tools that will help to analyze regional demand to optimize inventory stocking goals Executing OBS plans, inventory goals and fulfillment strategy and process as needed Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field (Supply Chain/Finance) with 3+ years related work experience in Supply Chain, Operations Strong analytical and problem solver Excellent communication skills Proficiency in MS Office tools Advanced MS Excel and Planning systems experience preferred Recruiting Range
$75,000—$90,000 USD Benefits
