Provide technical and regulatory expertise to ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance at the site. Maintain records and prepare documentation for agencies such as OSHA, EPA, and FDEP. Provide leadership for the site to foster a positive safety culture. Manage and improve the site's EHS Management System by developing policies/procedures, conducting audits and inspections and tracking safety KPIs. Implement new or revised processes to meet Pentair Integrated Management System requirements. Use structured problem solving to identify improvement actions for safety incidents or near hits. Lead the site Sustainability Program. Facilitate communication with associates to ensure proper issue resolution and engagement in the site EH&S program. Engage in other duties as assigned. Key Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 2+ years of experience in an EH&S role required. Experience with OSHA regulation compliance in a manufacturing environment. Experience with EPA and/or FDEP regulation compliance in a manufacturing environment. Experience planning work, setting targets, and meeting aggressive timelines. Skilled in writing policy, procedures, and agency responses with an attention to detail. Interpersonal skills and organizational skills to work with all levels of the organization. This position is based in Apopka, Florida and requires 20% travel to additional locations in Central and South Florida. Compensation
For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $61,200 - $113,600 per year. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, education, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as an annual incentive bonus. Benefits
