Responsibilities
Manage product strategy and roadmap for new reporting capabilities in ExamSoft
Collaborate with UX, engineering, and QA to identify requirements and build core capabilities
Support engineering with clear, detailed requirements for product features and enhancements
Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to refine and improve product offerings
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and interoperability requirements
Qualifications
3-5 years of Product Management or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Extensive experience with Agile software development methodologies
Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive product decisions
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor and/or advanced degree in a related field such as computer science or business administration
Understanding of the educational technology landscape including experience with LMS systems
Experience presenting on product releases or roadmaps at industry shows and webinars
Hands-on experience creating wireframes and workflow diagrams
Track record of managing and delivering software products that integrate with third-party platforms
