Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctioning equipment, determining causes, and performing repairs based on diagnostics. Conduct preventative maintenance, test, and document proper operating parameters of the equipment. Document all work daily using provided hardware and software. Build rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism. Manage your time effectively. Work independently to solve problems. Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment at all times. Contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image while adhering to Atlas Copco standards. Perform other duties as assigned. To succeed, you need: 1-2 years of technical experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with expertise in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics maintenance and repair. HVAC experience is a plus. Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics preferred. Knowledge of HVAC is advantageous. Skills: Ability to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism. Complete work within deadlines. Proficiency with computers for communication, research, work orders, and controller programming. Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written). Fluent in English and possess a valid driver’s license. Note: Employees are subject to random drug testing. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and working in industrial environments with temperature extremes, involving walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling. Travel expectations: Service van provided, goes home nightly. Company laptop and cell phone provided. Multi-state travel with overnight stays, Monday-Thursday. Rotating on-call schedule evenings, weekends, and holidays.
