As a Fall 2026 Co-op – Appliance Engineering, you will be part of a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and work on projects that impact product design and consumer experience. Shift/Schedule

The KDP 2026 Fall Co-op Program runs from July 13 to December 11, 2026 Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm In-person As an Appliance Engineering Co-op you will

Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles, New Product Development (NPD) and designing solutions to satisfy consumer needs. Lead a design or improvement initiative aligned with your experience and interests, then present results to leadership. Use project management, design of experiments, and knowledge management tools to plan, develop, and capture learnings. Gain exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical components, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing. Collaborate on innovative projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Elements of the KDP 2026 Co-op Program

Engaging and partnering on innovative projects within a cross-functional team Mentor support for professional development Meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and leaders Professional development training (networking, skills development, presenting) Complete a project from start to finish and present outcomes and impact to the team and senior leaders Total Rewards

$31.00 per hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within the first 30 days Requirements

Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Available to work 40 hours per week (M–F, 8:00 am–5:00 pm) Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills (listening, written, and verbal) Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Please note : This position is limited to persons with permanent right to work in the United States.
