Overview

ProSidian Seeks an Environmental Oversight and Compliance Coordinator [DOE0026025] for Program Support on a contract contingent basis. Location: primarily Richland, Washington, CONUS, supporting DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. The role may be converted to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Environmental Management Sector experience is preferred to support professional services engagements for DOE and EM sector clients, including the Hanford Field Office (HFO) and EMCBC, Cincinnati, OH. Responsibilities and Duties

Support RCRA, CERCLA, and NEPA compliance, monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Provide environmental oversight and compliance coordination within the Hanford Field Office (HFO) General Support Services (GSS) scope. Produce regulator-ready compliance packages. Assist program and project management activities aligned with Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance Functional Area disciplines. Support work-site activities at or near Richland, Washington (initially at 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354; site may change or include some remote work). Adhere to travel requirements as approved in writing and in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Comply with security requirements, including facility clearance for ProSidian personnel and any required DOE clearance for work performed. Work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office facilities with some remote support as approved by the Contracting Officer. Coordinate with Government Furnished Resources, including office space, workstations, and required software. Qualifications

5–10+ years of environmental compliance or remediation experience. BS in Environmental Science or Engineering; HAZWOPER certification. Experience aligning with Environmental Management Sector functional and technical requirements, focusing on Environment, Safety and Health; and Quality Assurance disciplines. Regulatory interpretation and data QA/QC capabilities. Skills and Competencies

Program and project management support; ability to manage daily activities and align with program support objectives. Risk awareness and effective communication. Ancillary Details

Functional attributes include Environmental compliance coordination. Job tasks may vary up to +/-15% of indicated staffing levels as performance requirements evolve. Security and place of performance as described above. Government-furnished resources and on-site performance at Hanford Field Office with possible remote work as approved. Other Requirements:
