The Industrial Engineer will lead industrial innovation projects for the Goodyear Modular Data Center facility. These projects focus on plant productivity, efficiency, quality, logistics, continuous improvement, and safety. This role drives operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced, engineer‑to‑order, design‑build environment. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, cost, and quality, leveraging Lean manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, layout optimization, and digital transformation. People & Culture
Strong written and verbal communication to lead teams through challenging projects. Collaborate and influence to achieve challenging results. Demonstrate SE core values in everything you do. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. 4+ years of industrial engineering experience in an automated industrial environment. Experience in time‑motion studies and standard work. Hands‑on experience with Lean concepts (VSM, SMED, 8 waste, Takt Times, Cellular Mfg, Pokey Yoke). Strong problem‑solving skills.
