Responsibilities Under supervision, responsible for safe operation, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting, repair and full‑range maintenance of plumbing distribution systems and medical gases. Repair or replace defective plumbing parts on all systems. General knowledge of plumbing codes.

Minimum Qualifications

Must hold a valid driver’s license and have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies and procedures.

Five (5) years of experience as a journeyman plumber.

Recent experience in a similar role and setting.

Must be familiar with drain cleaning equipment and their proper use.

Preferred Qualifications

Medical Gas Certification.

Backflow Certification.

OSHPD experience.

Healthcare environment experience.

General knowledge of steam systems.

Special Conditions

Must be comfortable in confined spaces.

Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre‑employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $105,841 – $105,841 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%).
