Must hold valid driver’s license. Five (5) years of experience as a journeyman plumber. Recent experience in a similar role and setting. Must be familiar with drain cleaning equipment and their proper use. Preferred Qualifications
Medical Gas Certification. Backflow Certification. OSHPD experience. Healthcare environment experience. General knowledge of steam systems. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Must be comfortable in confined spaces. Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs. Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre‑employment physical. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $105,841 – $105,841 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $50.69 – $50.69 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
