We are seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Test & Repair Technician – Lead to join our Elevator Controls team at Vantage Elevation. About Us

Formal electronic technical education. Minimum 2 years’ experience in PCB repair. At least 6 months of leadership or management experience. Ability to read and interpret electromechanical documentation, including schematics and diagrams. Proficiency in selecting and safely using appropriate test equipment and tools to diagnose and repair PCB boards. Strong attention to detail with proven ability to troubleshoot to the component level. Responsibilities
Test, build, collect data, troubleshoot, and repair PCBs down to the component level. Perform functional testing to ensure proper operation of new and existing products. Diagnose and repair systems to restore full operational capability. Learn and master all board designs for effective testing and repair. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations. Complete assignments per manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. Cross-train in other production areas, such as Test Technician functions. Benefits
