Join us as a Principal Quality Engineer - Americas We are looking for a Principal Quality Engineer to oversee quality and compliance across our food and feed ingredient production facilities in North America and Latin America. This role focuses on regulatory compliance, GMP integration into projects, and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Shape the future of food manufacturing with a global leader. Collaborate with professionals on investment and construction projects. Own quality initiatives across borders and travel throughout the Americas. Ensure compliance with North and Latin American regulations across projects. Advise on regulatory standards during factory upgrades and new builds. Embed quality design into project planning for GMP compliance and operational efficiency. Partner with teams to develop sustainable, maintainable systems. Manage quality deliverables in investment and improvement projects. Assess risks and recommend proactive compliance solutions. Drive process improvements to boost quality performance across sites. Lead optimization efforts for systems, documentation, and training. Align with stakeholders on project goals and compliance strategies. Liaise with regulators when needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in quality engineering within food or feed manufacturing. Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and GMP principles for projects and operations. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus).
