Join us as a Principal Quality Engineer - Americas. We’re looking for a Principal Quality Engineer to oversee quality and compliance across our food and feed ingredient production facilities in North America and Latin America. This is your chance to make an impact by ensuring regulatory compliance, integrating GMP into cutting‑edge projects, and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment. In This Role You’ll Make An Impact By

Being a key player in shaping the future of food manufacturing with a global leader. Collaborating with talented professionals on exciting investment and construction projects. Taking ownership of quality initiatives across borders while traveling throughout the Americas. Ensuring compliance with North and Latin American regulations across projects. Advising on regulatory standards during factory upgrades and new builds. Embedding quality design into project planning for GMP compliance and operational efficiency. Partnering with teams to develop sustainable, maintainable systems. Managing quality deliverables in investment and improvement projects. Assessing risks and recommending proactive compliance solutions. Driving process improvements to boost quality performance across sites. Leading optimization efforts for systems, documentation, and training. Aligning with stakeholders on project goals and compliance strategies. Liaising with regulators when needed. To Succeed You Must Hold

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Food Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in quality engineering within food or feed manufacturing. Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and GMP principles for projects and operations. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams. Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a bonus!). Location
