Technical Sales Engineer - Plastic Injection Molds & Custom Machining
5+ years of experience within the plastics industry (including mold making) is a requirement
2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within a technical or manufacturing environment is also required
Pay is $75,000 to $120,000 based upon experience
Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
This position is onsite only with no remote work with minimal travel
Full benefits, 12 paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company match

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
Independently manage and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
Plan and organize daily sales activity based on customer needs and opportunities
Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer’s application and technical requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate customer sales reports
Generate accurate quotes using appropriate industry language and terms
Stay current on industry trends and technical knowledge in mold making and injection molding
Attend industry events and engage with professional networks to promote the company’s capabilities
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
5+ years of experience in plastic injection molds, mold making, or the plastics industry
2+ years experience in a technical sales or account management role
Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage client relationships, and close deals
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills
Comfortable presenting technical information and proposals to engineering and purchasing teams
A US citizen or possess a green card
A residence within 45 minutes of Milwaukee, WI
